Google schmoogle

Some of you may know I’m a big fan of Google products: the local maps are amazing, the webmail is great, and the search engine is the only one I’ll use.
Have any of you ever noticed that on every holiday, Google changes their Logo to reflect the image of that holiday…St Patty’s day, first day of spring, or whatever, Martin Luther King’s birthday, Independence day, national Library week…

Yep…you got it. Apparently Easter isn’t really a holiday.
Update: Now that I’ve essentially sold my soul to Google (blogger, calendar, spreadsheets)…this post is a little irrelevant.

If you go back to 2000, you find one example of an Easter logo:

Nice to see Easter gets the same recognition as, say, The Buring Man Festival. I can’t wait to see what logo they have for Ramadan.
