		<description>There are problems with the American system as well, but a more competitive model along the lines of our system would do wonders for EU science, at our expense mostly.  I'm happy with the brightest and best of the EU doing research here in America, even if they are from France ;-)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;We are in accordance on overtime.  When you add up state, city, and federal taxes, the difference between the US and the EU is not that great, sadly.  That being said, certain EU and French policies are simply wacky and this overtime tax is one of them.</description>

And am I right in conluding that you and I agree about over-time pay?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Why is that French neuroscientist in America working at least 40 hours per week and voting to not allow his fellow country-men work the extra 5 hours if they choose?</description>
