		<description>These days, one could forgive the Chinese for not being unduly concerned about their debtor nation's worn-out and over-stressed ( bot to mention vastly outnumbered ) 'forces'. Admittedly, the U.S. spends more than the rest of the world combined on the military. A Chinese jet is 10 cents on the dollar : and you have to wonder how much of the U.S. budget goes to graft : 85% ?</description>
