Another useless headline from the Washington Post:

“Obama Promises US will Seek to Avoid Civilian Casualties in Afghanistan”

Really?  You mean the US doesn’t want to harm civilians?  Who wouldn’t believe this?  The headline should have been:

“Terrorists Man-made Disaster¹ Makers Continue Use of Human Shields”
